The average home price in Markham was $1.13 million in July 2026, down 0.5% from June and 9.2% from July 2025. There were 288 home sales with an average of 32 days on the market and 1,168 active listings at the end of July. Sales increased by 8.3%, while active listings decreased by 10.8% compared to the previous year.
